** Strong knowledge and experience with Java, Proven experience in Level 2 production support for high availability systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‐solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‐functional and offshore teams.
Strong experience with Oracle Database, including advanced SQL and PL/SQL (functions, procedures, packages). Working knowledge of No
SQL databases (preferred). Proven experience automating repetitive operational tasks using Python and Experience automating monitoring, health checks, batch validation, and integration verification. Hands-on experience with Service Now for Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management. Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and production support best practices. Experience working with offshore and onshore support teams, including handoffs and L3 coordination.
Working experience with version control systems such as Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, and VSS. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and deployment validation in Java environments. ### Innovating for Tomorrow
