We've been in business since 1979, and our team owns the work, the outcomes, and the company.## We're Hiring for an Ornamental Welder/Fabricator This is hands-on custom fabrication, building high-end ornamental steel from blueprint to finished piece. You'll lay out and fabricate rails, driveway gates, spiral stairs, and one-off work for residential and commercial projects, cutting, bending, welding, and grinding to tight tolerances on steel that ends up on display.

It's varied, skilled work for a fabricator who takes pride in a clean finish, not repetitive production runs.## What You'll Do
* Fabricate custom, high-end ornamental steel from start to finish: rails, driveway gates, spiral stairs, and one-off pieces for both residential and commercial projects
* Work straight from blueprints, drawings, and customer specs, handling your own layout, dimensions, and material planning
* Cut, bend, weld, and grind steel to tight tolerances on work that ends up on display
* Set up, run, and maintain the equipment a finished piece takes (welders, grinders, and more) following company safety and OSHA procedure
* Inspect your own work and other fabricators' work for quality, and help train the fabricators coming up behind you## What You'll Bring
* Completion of a formal welder training program
* Hands-on experience with layout and blueprint reading
* Basic shop math, comfortable reading a tape measure
* Experience setting up and running fabrication and welding equipment safely
* Welding certification across weld types preferred; we will train and certify the right person who has the academic or work background for it##
