Schwan's Company - - Responsibilities:
Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and facility to remove soil and contaminants per procedures;
Operate COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment;
Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed;
Follow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line;
Use and document chemical use to stated concentrations and for appropriate applications
