PRN Hospice LPN

Otterbein is seeking a PRN Hospice LPN to assist with on‑call needs, continuous care and routine visits to our patients.

Shift: PRN

Pay: Starting from $28.00 (increases with experience)

• Provide bedside care to hospice patients.
• Support families and caregivers and work closely with the RN Case Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation and Ohio Department of Health regulatory requirements.

• Education: Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of direct patient care experience in hospice or home care.
• Licensed driver with a good working automobile and required insurance per Ohio law.
