Soleo Health Inc. seeks a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Gahanna, OH area and surrounding regions. You will perform assessments, care planning, and education in home/in alternate sites, following care matrices and best practices.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, education on home infusion safety, and coordination with the care team. Must hold a valid Ohio RN license and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
