Summit Home Care & Hospice seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct hospice care for terminally ill patients at home and in the community. The RN will support families, perform triage, and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality, compassionate care.
The role requires 1 year of RN experience, an active license, CPR, and ability to travel within Gahanna, OH and surrounding areas. A Tuesday–Friday rhythm with on-call rotation is typical.
