Veterinary Receptionist
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing multi‑line phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and managing invoices
- Assisting clients with check‑in/out and general inquiries
- Maintaining organized records and a clean work area
- Providing exceptional customer service
