Essential Functions – Food Lead

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe
• Turn on HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per Production Guide & SOPs, and place on warmer ensuring correct expiration times on all products
• Maintain temperature logs for all food service areas, including Dipside
• Maintain product availability for prepared food areas Monday-Friday, 5AM-12PM (HTG Warmer, Roller Grill, deli case)
• Prepare Dipside area in the morning to have ice cream stocked and in proper conditions for guest consumption
• Ensure ordering of Food service Supplies is completed to eliminate Out of Stocks for food service products, condiments, supplies and other components
• Complete wash, rinse and sanitizing activities for all food service smallwares to ensure food safety
• Maintain cleanliness of sales area where food service products are located
• Maintain organization & cleanliness of all food service areas following cleaning SOPs as necessary
• Keep up to date with program changes and SOPs
• Work with management to ensure all associates are trained and able to execute all food service programs while on shift
• Ovenside Stores – follows pull & slack procedures for all Ovenside sandwiches to grow sales and reduce waste; maintain oven cleanliness

Essential Functions – Store Responsibilities

• Overall Guest Services:
  Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests warmly, ensure store is prepared for Guests at all times, anticipate needs and assist to ensure guest satisfaction
• Dip Side Guest Services:
  Preparation of shakes/malts, cups/cones of ice cream, sundaes, floats/sodas and hand-packed containers
• Efficient Operation of POS System:
  Properly authorize and control gas sales, accurately register transactions, handle payments and coupons
• Stocking Merchandise:
  Keep shelves, displays, cooler and freezers stocked and presentable; ensure proper rotation of stock and check for out-of-code dates
• Security:
  Maintain awareness of Guests in the store, manage cash drop procedures, follow Tobacco/Alcohol management and security programs
• Maintenance:
  Keep store and parking lot safe, clean and organized; monitor temperatures of product and refrigeration equipment
• Reporting:
  Accurate completion of time records and the Guest Preparedness Document
• Other duties as assigned by Management
• Ability to speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate with customers
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF/state regulations
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console; read price books and identify documents
• Ability to handle transactions and make change accurately
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and manage inventory movement
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to required weights as specified in job requirements
