Join our dynamic retail store management team in the Columbus area! We are seeking customer service-oriented individuals who thrive in a lively, team-focused environment for our 4 Columbus-area Clothes Mentor locations. If you are energetic, upbeat, and enjoy engaging with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a member of our retail store management team, you will oversee store operations, including buying and selling gently used clothing and accessories, loss prevention, merchandising, and team supervision.

- Manage all aspects of daily store operations
- Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Motivate and direct store teams to maximize productivity and profitability
- Communicate daily and weekly store goals to the team
- Promote exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling
- Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards
- Uphold all operational policies and procedures
- Buy gently used clothing and accessories to meet company standards
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and impeccably honest
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and follow-through skills

- Required to work 40-42 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
- Vision, coordination, and reading requirements consistent with inspecting items closely and efficiently
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
