We’re looking for a passionate sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving meaningful business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethicwho loves to collaborate with clients and teammates to create winning solutions and deliver real results.
You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining business-to-business client relationships, helping customers choose the right products to maximize ROI while ensuring profitability and long-term portfolio growth aligned with our company vision and values.
What You’ll Do- Execute company sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Proactively generate leads and follow up with prospects using advanced sales tools and outreach strategies.
- Develop and implement action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales through one-to-one reviews to strengthen communication, identify development opportunities, and improve overall sales performance.
- Create and deliver compelling proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure exceptional satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with all team members to support shared goals and client success.
- Continuously learn all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management.
- Bring a solutions-focused mindset to solving problems and helping clients succeed.
- Proven ability to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and build lasting client relationships.
