As a Membership Sales Associate at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you will deliver exceptional customer service, educate guests on our Unlimited Wash Club, promote membership packages, and upsell additional products to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.

• Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by leadership.
• Educate customers on the benefits of each car wash membership and tailor recommendations to their needs.
• Achieve personal sales targets, sign‑up goals, and upsell objectives.
• Drive the store team’s success in meeting Unlimited Wash Club sign‑up goals, contributing to membership acquisition and retention.
• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the car wash process.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred).
• Positive, outgoing attitude and passion for delivering great guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and natural ability to connect with others.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Work Environment:
  Must stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift, work outdoors in all weather conditions, consistently lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs, and wear safety equipment when required.
