Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.50 per hour until assigned a route. Solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment. Majority work a 4‑Day workweek and no nights or weekends. Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. • Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation regarding prior employment.
