Position SummaryThe Service Technician is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Position Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
- Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
- Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
- Be available for on‑call and overtime work as needed.
- Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Relevant experience in service work.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift frequently.
- Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.
Salary ranges by experience:
- $3,000.00 for 1–2 years of experience
- $4,000.00 for 3–4 years of experience
- $5,000.00 for 5+ years of experience
