Commercial Electrical Service Technician

Full-time

The Service Technician is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
• Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
• Be available for on‑call and overtime work as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Relevant experience in service work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift frequently.
• Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.

Salary ranges by experience:

• $3,000.00 for 1–2 years of experience
• $4,000.00 for 3–4 years of experience
• $5,000.00 for 5+ years of experience
