Spherion Gainesville, FL is seeking a Senior Accountant to support and oversee daily accounting operations for an outstanding organization in Gainesville, FL.
Responsibilities- Accounts payable
- Supplier invoice processing
- Employee reimbursements
- Travel compliance reviews
- Payment processing
- Related financial compliance activities as assigned
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Monthly and Year-End activities including reconciliations, accruals, encumbrance reviews, purchase order analysis, expense tracking and cash-related account management
- Preparing, analyzing, reconciling and maintaining complex financial records
Bachelors
Experience- 1-4 years
- GAAP
- Understanding of Workday
