The Department of Classics in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is seeking an energetic student to assist with office support. The student assistant will provide general administrative support for the department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Filing, organizing, and general office tasks
- Running errands and assisting with photocopying and scanning
- Supporting department social media and communications
- Providing office coverage and greeting visitors
- Other duties as assigned
Work hours are flexible between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Expected Salary$14.00/hour
Required QualificationsThis position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through Federal Work-Study.
- Must maintain a 2.0-grade point average.
- Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
