Job Description:
  • Day‑to‑day research support, conducting telephone surveys with healthcare providers as part of a large-scale health services evaluation project. Accurately records and manages survey responses using a Computer‑Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) system within the REDCap online data platform, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and adherence to study protocols. Maintains and manages daily sample files in Excel, tracks outreach attempts and completion rates, monitors progress toward project targets and ensures timely updates to project tracking systems.
  • Assist with project planning, creating timelines, and data entry for project assignments. This includes monitoring multiple deliverables for projects, monitoring the progress of assigned tasks, ensuring barriers to data collection are discussed, and action plans are created.
  • Assist in monitoring survey progress and cross‑checking survey progress reports; managing datasets and databases; and conducting quality assurance to ensure accurate data collection and survey results.
  • Search scientific literature using relevant databases and other sources; maintain bibliographical citation data; prepare written summaries of literature.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Expected Salary:

$16.00‑18.00/hr

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or associate degree
  • General computer skills, including competence with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to quickly and accurately enter structured data into a database form
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone
  • Experience conducting telephone surveys or providing telephone‑based customer service experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred:
  • Experience with computer‑assisted telephone interviews and customer service experience is preferred. The ability to write concise, accurate, and understandable summary notes is also a plus.
