Job DescriptionThis position will serve as the Academic Assistant for the online graduate programs in Forensic Science, Clinical Toxicology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. The incumbent performs a broad range of administrative duties in support of program directors, program coordinator, students, applicants, and program faculty. This will include data entry, registration of our international partner students, as well as communication with program staff, the Distance Education Support Services Team, students and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Managing student data within the Salesforce system.
- Working with our partner universities to enroll students in our courses.
- Coordinating sending grades for our partner students to their home institutions.
- Responding to general emails from current and potential students.
- Serving as back up to the program coordinator in co-hosting virtual informational webinars with the program directors.
- Submitting faculty course evaluations along with the program coordinator.
- Providing primary assistance to the program director, students, and stakeholders when the program coordinator is attending conferences with the program.
Expected Salary: $20/hour at 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week)

QualificationsRequired: High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Undergraduate degree in a related field.
