The Office of the Registrar is committed to assisting prospective,current, and alumni students at Santa Fe College (SF) with their record needs. The office is available to facilitate transcript requests, college transcript evaluations, student academic records,course registration and grades, petitions and appeals, residencyreclassifications, and graduation applications.
This position provides specialized support in direct service tocollege students through transcript evaluation and academic recordsadministration. Work is generally task-oriented and is primarilyaligned with functions that directly relate to the full collegestudent lifecycle from entering the college through to graduationwith direct assistance and administrative support for transfercredit evaluation, degree audit, and student recordsservices.
This position performs routine tasks within structured workflowswith limited variability and complexity in day-to-day tasks. This position applies established departmental and college policies indaily work and uses limited discretion to resolve routine problemsor issues, with decisions primarily being task focused and impacting the accuracy, timeliness and quality of assigned work.
Additionally, this position may occasionally assign or monitortasks for other workers including but not limited to student employees, part-time, and/or temporary staff as part of routinesupport responsibilities.

Required:
A high school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of experience or a combination of education and/or experience equal to two (2) years.
Additional Requirements:A criminal background check will be conducted.
Preferred:An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field with experience in post‑secondary student services.
