The TREEO Center is seeking an individual to work 25–30 hours per week providing customer service and technical support to students enrolled in our non-credit programs. This position also provides clerical and building support, including setting up classrooms and hands-on workstations, shipping course materials, and preparing class rosters and sign-in sheets.
We are looking for an individual who can work approximately 5–6 hours per day, preferably spread over 4–5 days per week, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (flexible schedule). The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and provide customer service and basic technical support to students in our various non-credit programs.
- Support program coordinators by preparing course materials, including sign-in sheets, name tags, and class rosters.
- Set up classrooms with manuals, microscopes, hands-on workstations, and other training materials, and assist with cleanup following courses.
- Assist with data entry and reporting.
- Provide general clerical and office support as needed.
Expected Salary: $16/hour
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to prioritize work and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Candidates must also be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
