Office of the President
The Office of the President seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to provide executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to high-profile initiatives, and support the President's engagement with campus and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare briefing materials, event books, itineraries, presentations, and meeting packets for presidential meetings, events, and engagements.
- Research, gather, organize, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate materials that support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a key administrative partner and provide backup support to executive support staff serving the President, First Lady, and senior leadership.
- Maintain confidential records and files, manage administrative projects, and support special communications and office-wide initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling, reception operations, and other executive office functions as needed.
