Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and six years of appropriate experience.
Job DescriptionProject planning and execution:
Lead planning, scheduling, and day‑to‑day execution of procurement related projects, including platform enhancements, new module rollouts, and process transitions. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop project timelines, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with functional owners and campus users.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Serve as primary project liaison between Procurement Services, UFIT, vendors, and campus units. Develop and deliver clear project communications, including updates, project documentation, training guides, and workflow diagrams.
Process Improvement & Operational Support:
Analyze procurement workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved user experience. Recommend and implement business process redesign aligned with UF's procurement strategy.
Data & Reporting:
Monitor and report on key project metrics, risks, and performance indicators.
Training & Knowledge Management:
Support the development of training materials, quick guides, and campus workshops.
