MGR, Administrative Services Classification Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, registration, and enablement processes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier participation and system adoption
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier-related systems, tools, and communications
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize workflows and integrations
- Ensure compliance with university policies, regulatory requirements, and payment processing guidelines
- Analyze supplier data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Provide training and guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders
$65,000 - $80,000
PreferredA bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
