Annual Giving Data Analyst

The University of Florida is hiring an Annual Giving Data Analyst. The analyst will execute and analyze complex data to support donor engagement, fundraising performance, and AI-powered outreach initiatives by delivering clear intelligence through reports, dashboards, and data modeling. They will collaborate with project managers and teams to enhance reporting solutions and streamline workflows for Annual Giving and Donor Relations.

• Execute and analyze data for stewardship, direct marketing, pipeline development, and donor engagement.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support fundraising and donor relations strategies.
• Utilize software such as Cognos, Salesforce, Tableau, and other platforms for analysis and reporting.
• Support AI-driven Annual Giving outreach by managing portfolio data and engagement metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred 2+ years of business or marketing analysis experience.
• Experience with SQL, SPSS, Salesforce, Advizor Solutions, Advance C/S, Cognos, Tableau CRM, and Einstein Analytics preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and internet/email platforms, with familiarity in donor databases highly preferred.
• Annual salary range of $53,000-$60,000, commensurate with education and experience.
• Provide streamlined workflows and self-service reporting options for Donor Relations team.
• Collaborate with Donor Relations, Data Information Systems, and project managers to meet data needs and improve processes.
