Overview

Warrington School of Business is hiring a Program Director, Careers in Consulting. The role involves designing and implementing a consulting career coaching strategy, providing individualized student coaching, developing consulting-specific programming, and collaborating with faculty, employer relations staff, and the MBA Programs Office to support recruiting and career development initiatives.

• Design and enhance consulting career coaching strategy for students
• Provide individualized career coaching and consulting-specific programming
• Partner with employer relations to build relationships with consulting firms
• Collaborate with faculty, student organizations, and MBA Programs Office
• Serve as subject matter expert on consulting industry trends and recruiting

• Required qualifications:
  
  Master’s degree with 4 years experience or Bachelor’s with 6 years relevant experience
• Preferred experience:
  
  Management consulting, corporate or campus recruiting
• Strong skills in project management, communication, data analysis, and employer partnership building
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), data visualization platforms (Cognos, Power-BI), and AI large language models

• Expected salary range: $95,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience
