Construction Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to support our telecom client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for construction cost estimating, budgeting, financial forecasting, and material planning while ensuring serviceability and accurate routing surveys. Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills are essential.

• Estimate construction costs and prepare detailed budgets
• Track project expenses and monitor budget performance
• Manage and support revenue forecasting, capital planning, and expense budgeting
• Conduct serviceability verification and survey proposed service routes
• Estimate material, construction, and labor costs for telecom projects
• Assist with material planning and resource allocation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and cost targets are met
• Prepare and maintain documentation using Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

• Proven experience in construction planning within the telecom industry
• Strong experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Project Management experience (PMP or equivalent is a plus)
• Experience managing capital and expense budgets
• Experience in telecom infrastructure projects (fiber, wireless, service routing, etc.)
