Construction Coordinator

12-month contract, with potential for extension, or conversion to full-time, based on performance and client need. The position will be M-F, 7-4 or 8-5 with a one-hour lunch break…40hrs/week.

$25.00 HR W2 - $27.00 HR W2 (Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits provided after 90 days).

Will support the Market Expansion Team in Central FL;

Gainesville Cox office: 6020 NW 43rd St, Gainesville, FL 32653

Ocala Cox office: 2410 SW 27th Ave, Ocala, FL 34471

• Estimates construction costs, prepares budgets, and tracks expenses.
• Participates in managing and estimating revenue forecasts, material planning, capital, and expense budgets.
• Verifies serviceability, surveys proposed service routing, and estimates material, construction, and labor costs.
• Looking for experience in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• There will be no driving required.
• Not a supervisory role
• Not a safety sensitive position.
• Worksite is in the Cox Gainesville
• Position is heavy admin.

Local, and preferably have experience in the industry, project management experience, and good organizational skills.
