About the Role
Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial site development and underground utilities. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in the office environment, overseeing the full project lifecycle, while also making regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and progress are being met. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery – from budgets, schedules, and contracts to client communication and subcontractor management.
You will act as the central hub between the office and the field, ensuring Pinnacle's projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Oversee all phases of civil site development and underground utility projects (stormwater, sewer, water, etc.).
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Serve as the primary client and General Contractor contact, ensuring professional and proactive communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, productivity, and compliance with project specifications.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project managers, superintendents, and foremen.
- Coordinate subcontractor and vendor performance to meet project goals.
- Anticipate risks and resolve challenges before they impact project success.
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting for executive review.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, environmental standards, and Pinnacle's internal safety policies.

- 10+ years of experience in civil site development and underground utilities (subcontractor environment preferred).
- Strong track record managing multi‑million‑dollar projects with complex scopes and deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor and support project managers, superintendents, and foremen.
- Strong technical expertise in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client relations.
- Proficiency in Procore strongly preferred; experience with scheduling software required.
- OSHA 30 and/or MSHA certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to project sites.

Competitive Pay & Benefits- Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
