Senior Water​/Wastewater Plant Construction Superintendent

Baker Water, LLC is seeking a self-performing Treatment Plant Superintendent in Gainesville, Florida. This role involves leading and overseeing construction activities for large-scale water infrastructure projects. The Superintendent will plan and supervise field crews, ensure site safety, and maintain quality control. Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of relevant construction experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. A 2-year construction-related degree or equivalent experience is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
