Summary

We are currently welcoming applications for a Customer Relations Specialist opportunity within our growing remote support team. In this role, you’ll assist clients as they prepare for upcoming travel experiences by helping manage planning details, answering questions, and ensuring communication remains clear throughout the coordination process.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with clients, keeping information organized, and contributing to smooth planning experiences while working independently in a flexible virtual environment. Training guidance and continued mentorship resources are available to help new team members get started successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients to gather trip preferences, priorities, and planning timelines
  • Support coordination of reservations including accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Provide timely updates regarding planning progress and confirmation steps
  • Assist with reviewing available travel options through approved partner systems
  • Respond to client inquiries using email, phone, and secure digital communication tools
  • Maintain accurate coordination notes and service documentation
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing learning opportunities
