- Assist policyholders with inquiries about their insurance policies, coverage, and billing.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide quotes for new business and assist with policy applications.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Work closely with our team of agents to support client retention and satisfaction.
- Handle customer issues with empathy and find effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and agency records
- Follow agency procedures and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide a high level customer experience
- Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License is required.
- Minimum 2 years insurance customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage follow through
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Previous Allstate agency experience
- Experience with personal lines insurance
- Experience using insurance agency CRM systems
