Minimum Requirements:

We are currently looking for individuals who are able to start working during one of the following time frames:

Option 1 start date:
August 4th (and work a minimum of 15 shifts spread across dates ranging from August 7th through September 5th)

Option 2 start date:
September 17th (and work a minimum of 15 shifts spread across dates ranging from September 18th through November 5th)

Please note this is NOT a seasonal position.

This position is open to anyone who wants part time employment in an exciting environment. (

Note:

UF Students are welcome to apply but must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average and will work up to20 hours per week.)

On top of the hiring requirement minimum number of shifts mentioned above, you will also be required to work during your time with the O'Connell Center:

* A minimum of 25 hours per month during the fall and spring semesters

* 1 Holiday shift per semester

* 2 shifts on any home football game day

* 1 Fall commencement shift, 2 Spring commencement shifts

Job Description:

The O'Connell Center provides an exciting and dynamic environment that makes us unlike anything else. Being a crew member requires teamwork, dedication, and a friendly, positive attitude to contribute to the many events held at the facility. The O'Connell Center offers flexible scheduling by allowing crew members to self-schedule from a list of shifts based on our event schedule. Shifts range from before, during, and/or after events held inside and outside of the building.
