Job Overview

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide friendly service, manage orders, and support onsite operations.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Handle customer concerns and cash transactions accurately.
• Upsell products and make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas.
• Maintain food and portion control, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Prepare food and perform general cleaning duties.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and manage inventory paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Push or pull trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lbs).
• Navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
• Perform forward bends at the waist for pizza assembly, stocking, and front counter tasks.
• Crouch or squat occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reach repeatedly in all directions.
• Use eye‑hand coordination for continuous hand tasks, including shaping dough.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Strong verbal and telephone communication skills for order processing.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.
• Proficiency entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
