Join our team in the Gainesville area! We have openings at multiple branch locations, including West Campus, Tower Road, and Jonesville. During the interview process, we'll discuss branch availability and work with you to find the best fit based on business needs and your preferences.
Set Schedule is:
Monday - Thursday 11:45 AM - 5:15 PM,Friday 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM with 1-2 Saturdays per month 8:45 AM - 12:15 PMRoleAssist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship
Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations
Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services
Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate
Education
High School Diploma or GEDExperience0 - 1 year of similar or related experience6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience
