Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional member service? We're looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team!
In this role, you'll assist members over the phone by answering questions, resolving issues, processing loan applications, and recommending products and services that help members achieve their financial goals. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.
What we're looking for:- Excellent communication and member service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we're also excited to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn!
