We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot and help members with their purchases.
• Ensure carts are ready and available, and assist members with loading their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area; conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, process member purchases, and handle payments across various membership and payment types.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, promote the company's products and services, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Support club pick‑up orders by notifying members of delays, unavailable products, and offering alternatives.
• Use cart retrieval equipment and maintain cart/flatbed availability.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities to managers.
• Adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback.
