The University of Florida College of Dentistry (UFCD) invites applications for a clinical track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Operative Dentistry. This part‑time role focuses on delivering high‑quality didactic, pre‑clinical, and clinical instruction in restorative dentistry within the DMD program. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, mentoring, and clinical oversight, ensuring students receive comprehensive training in evidence‑based dental practice.

• Serve as course director and provide instruction in didactic, preclinical, and clinical settings.
• Deliver clinical coverage across all areas of general dentistry.
• Mentor and supervise students, fostering professional growth and adherence to department standards.
• Utilize technology and electronic health records effectively in teaching and patient care.
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence‑based practices in restorative dentistry.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to program development as needed.

• DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree.

• Previous teaching experience in a DMD program.
• Experience as a course director.
• At least five years of clinical practice experience.

Salary: Commensurate with credentials and experience.
