Role Description

This full-time on-site Architectural Project Manager role is based in Gainesville, FL. The successful candidate will coordinate project plans, oversee construction documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that projects meet quality, cost, and time goals. The role also involves managing submittals, adhering to project-specific requirements, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards such as LEED where applicable.

Effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors will be integral to successfully driving projects to completion.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Project Coordination, managing timelines, resources, and communication.
  • Proficiency in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings and overseeing Submittals processes.
  • Knowledge of architectural principles and practices, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and similar design platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; a professional license or certification is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Goverment, Civic Spaces and Community, commercial, residential or Historic Preservation architecture is a plus.
