Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Architect position include:

• 5+ years of architecture experience;
  Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Active Florida Architect license required; open to candidates pursuing reciprocity/licensure if they can become licensed.
• Revit-driven environment;
  AutoCAD knowledge also helpful.
• Experience with commercial construction projects and knowledge of project budget and schedule management.
• Plan and oversee architectural aspects of commercial construction projects, including determining project objectives, requirements, and budgets.
• Provide predesign services such as feasibility review and environmental impact considerations, including site selection and design requirements.
• Prepare drawings and present design concepts; develop final construction plans showing building appearance and construction details.
• Support permitting/city approvals and respond to architectural questions during construction from PMs and subcontractors; lead and supervise the work of draftsmen.

Salary: $85K-$125K per year, commensurate with experience.
