Primary Care Physician (Emergency Service)

The North Florida/South Georgia VA Healthcare System's Emergency Service is seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Care Physician. Our ideal applicants are those who want to contribute to the achievement of quality care standards, as well as the growth and development of a VA academic hospital program.

• Recruitment Incentive (Sign-on Bonus):
  Authorized
• Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) – eligible up to $200,000 (must meet VHA eligibility and submit application within four months of appointment)
• Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
• Paid time off: 50‑55 days per year (26 days annual leave, 13 days sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays, and possible 5 days paid absence for CME)

• Perform the full range of duties, including physical exams and ordering laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic tests

• Full, unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory
• Full‑time position with board certification (required for CME reimbursement)
