Job Description

UF Health St. Johns is seeking a BC / BE Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine physician to join our established, highly respected pulmonology team that will staff our newest hospital location in St. Johns County at Durbin Park. • Join a well‑established team of 2 physicians and 6 APPs; APPs provide 24/7 staffing coverage.

• MD/DO Degree
• Board certified
• Florida Medical License
• DEA License

• Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
• Federal DEA Certification

• Specialty License or Certification;
  Board certified or Board Eligible in specified area of medical specialty.
• Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification
