UF Health St. Johns is actively recruiting a board‑certified or board‑eligible primary care physician to join an expanding primary care network in one of the fastest‑growing counties in Florida. In this role you will provide primary care in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment designed for high‑quality care and long‑term professional satisfaction.

- Board certified or board eligible
- Florida Medical License
- DEA license
- Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience.
- Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
- Federal DEA Certification
- Specialty license or certification, board certified or board eligible in a specified area of medical specialty.
- Certification/licensure in the state of Florida and federal DEA certification.
