We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will deliver comprehensive eye care to a diverse patient base, supported by an experienced staff that keeps your day running smoothly. You’ll be seeing a steady, well-prepared schedule of patients, building trust with a loyal community, and leaning into the specialty work you enjoy—all with full operational support behind you.

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular conditions

• Manage a schedule of 20+ patients per day from primary to quick follow ups

• Providing your recommendations to the team to fit eyewear and contact lenses

• Review diagnostic testing—auto refractions, visual fields, OCT, fundus photos, and tonometry—prepared by your workup team

• Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care

• Collaborate with front-desk and optical staff to ensure seamless patient experience

• Full practice support. Our expert staff and designated technicians handle patient workups—histories, auto refractions, visual fields, OCT, fundus photos, and tonometry—plus scheduling. From front desk to checkout, we keep your day running smoothly.

• A fully stocked optical. Enjoy a wide selection of eyewear and contact lenses for patients of all ages. Our patient base leans toward healthy myopes, and we love specialty contacts as much as you do.

• Strong earning potential.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution

• Active, unrestricted Florida optometry license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Proficiency in comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic interpretation

• Eligibility to work in the United States independently without the need for sponsorship

This is an onsite career with flexible days and 2 open locations!
