Job Description:

The Instructional Designer III in Geomatics provides both local and statewide support to Geomatics faculty in teaching and administering Geomatics courses and labs at the WFREC. The position acts as lead instructor for field labs and provides classroom and technology-based trainings to meet organization and student needs. The position works with FFGS faculty and staff in maintaining the Geomatics undergraduate and graduate curriculum.

The
-III in Geomatics recruits and guides prospective students through the admission process and advises current students and program staff in career planning and meeting curriculum requirements necessary for graduation. The position also explores opportunities for new academic offerings (e.g., certificates, degrees) based upon input from the professional community. Responsibilities may require weekend and/or evening delivery of courses and labs.
