Elementary Guidance Counselor: Student Pathways & Readiness

Gainesville Independent School District seeks a Guidance Counselor to provide support for students, assist with educational and career planning, and coordinate with school staff. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in an education-related field, state certification as a Guidance Counselor, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include counseling students, managing records, and fostering parental involvement. A Master's degree is preferred and prior teaching experience at the appropriate grade level is a plus.
