- Develop end‑to‑end learning experiences using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and multimedia platforms
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and measurable business outcomes
- Lead & manage multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Support implementation of system‑wide learning initiatives and programs
- Develop rapid, high‑quality content in fast‑paced environments
- Partner with leaders, HR teams, and SMEs to co‑create impactful learning solutions
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for faculty and staff
- Translate complex processes into clear, actionable learning experiences
- Stay current with emerging trends in instructional design and workplace learning
- Engage leading technologies and approaches to enhance learning effectiveness

Required Experience- Instructional Designer II – Master’s degree and two years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience.
- Instructional Designer III – Master’s degree and four years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience; demonstrate experience running large‑scale programs such as GBAS or RAFT.
- Proven ability to lead instructional design projects from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation
- Digital portfolio with at least one Rise course
- Advanced experience designing and developing high‑quality learning solutions (eLearning, instructor‑led, blended, microlearning)
- Strong consultation skills translating complex business needs into effective learning strategies
