Job DescriptionTeach undergraduate and graduate courses, mentor M.S. and Ph.D. students, and conduct a dynamic externally funded research program in globally significant Earth science that is relevant to subsurface or sedimentary geology.

A PhD in geology or a related discipline is required.
Preferred QualificationsFor Associate Professor:
Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research, documented teaching effectiveness, service as committee member or chair for M.S. and Ph.D. committees, published research, and acquisition of major research grants.
For Full Professor:
In addition to the above, a sustained record of teaching excellence, successful Ph.D. supervision, and international recognition through invited talks, awards, leadership in collaborative initiatives, and participation in international conferences.
