Instructional Designer I
The Literacy Content Specialist will contribute significantly to the development of literacy content for the New Worlds Reading Initiative. The content should be accessible for families, and include, for example but not limited to, book-specific reading guides, scripts for videos, and other resources to assist parents in supporting their children in reading and language development. This position is based in Gainesville, Florida and is time-limited.

Expected Salary: $66,000-$76,000
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
Biliterate in Spanish with the ability to read, write, and review content for quality and accuracy. Florida Reading Endorsement. Experience in content development and/or instructional design. Strong relational, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with families, caregivers, or educators. Familiarity with content review workflows.
