Career Coach Career Pathways - Public Sector

University of Florida is hiring a Career Coach for Career Pathways - Public Sector. The role involves delivering career planning services, facilitating workshops, and engaging with employers to support students interested in public service career pathways, while also supporting leadership and service initiatives within the university community.

• Deliver individual and group career planning services for UF students within the Public Sector career cluster.
• Facilitate customized career and leadership workshops, for-credit courses, and large group programs.
• Engage with student organizations, faculty, and employers to promote and support career development activities.
• Coordinate logistics for career education programming including scheduling and communication.
• Support the Brown Center for Leadership & Service programs such as LeadUF and volunteer fairs.
• Maintain records for assessment and reporting on student engagement.
• Required qualification:
  Master's degree or bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience.
• Preferred skills include stakeholder engagement, marketing, career counseling, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Expected salary: $50,000.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with knowledge of career development trends and strategies.
