Assistant Director for Career Data, Technology, and Engagement

University of Florida is hiring an Assistant Director for Career Data, Technology, and Engagement. This role plans and executes strategic initiatives supporting career design and experiential learning, manages technology systems such as the Gator Experience Record, and provides career coaching and training to students, faculty, and staff to advance post‑graduation success.

• Develop and manage university-wide career data and technology initiatives, including administration of the Gator Experience Record (GER).
• Consult with departments and colleges to integrate career learning into curriculum and co‑curricular programs.
• Provide career coaching and deliver workshops, presentations, and training to support student success.
• Track and report on data related to career development and experiential learning participation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multiple university offices including the Registrar, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and IT to support strategic priorities.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure system updates and data integrity for assigned technologies.
• Required qualifications include a Master's degree with two years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience in career development, career counseling, or human resources, with knowledge of career services and outreach strategies.
• Expected salary range is $60,000 to $62,000 annually.
• Work involves supporting diverse student populations and requires strong interpersonal, facilitative, and presentation skills.
