The University of Florida's College of Medicine is hiring an Academic Program Specialist II. This role manages accreditation support, student assessment, and program evaluation by maintaining documentation, analyzing data, and collaborating with faculty and leadership to enhance academic programs and ensure compliance.
Highlights- Manage accreditation documentation, tracking tools, and timelines to support program quality and compliance.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of student feedback and evaluation data using tools like Qualtrics and IBM SPSS.
- Prepare reports and actionable recommendations for curriculum improvement to committees and stakeholders.
- Support development, administration, and documentation of student assessments within medical and physician assistant programs.
- Collaborate with course/clerkship directors and leadership to coordinate assessment and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, evaluation systems, and test administration software preferred.
- Required:
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination; preferred:
Master's degree with 1-2 years relevant experience. - Salary range: $58,000 - $62,000 annually.
- Serves the College of Medicine, supporting educational affairs and advancing health education through data-driven program management.
